Stewardship Framework Agreement

 In Uncategorized

The U.S. Stewardship and Governance Framework is not intended to replace or replace existing federal laws, state laws and regulations, or listing rules applicable to a company or institutional investor. The framework should also not be static and will be regularly evaluated and revised with the consensus of its members, due to changing expectations for corporate governance and investment. As with the principles of corporate governance, investors should apply the stewardess principles in a way they deem appropriate. The reasons and expectations underlying any principle have been expressed as guidelines. The ISG encourages institutional investors to be transparent in their voting and proxy integration policies and to align them with the principles of the flight attendant. .
